Pride and Prejudice Yarn Club Colourway: Lizzy's Favourite Walk
Oh, here we are for volume two of Pride and Prejudice. I think it’s safe to say that Mr Darcy’s proposal is the main event for this section of the story. However, when reading the book this time around, there was something else that stood out to me.
During Elizabeth’s stay at Hunsford, she spends a lot of time walking outdoors around the grounds, and this is referred to as “Her favourite walk”. A few key moments happen while she is out walking, including Colonel Fitzwilliam accidentally telling Elizabeth about Darcy splitting up Jane and Bingley, and also Mr Darcy presenting Elizabeth with his letter.
For me, these are really important moments so I felt that this had to be the colourway for this month.
I hope you enjoy “Lizzy’s Favourite Walk” and that it helps to connect you to the story, and to the beauty of nature.
Happy making and happy reading.

Simply beautiful
Softest and squishiest yarn I’ve ever felt! The colours were gorgeous, especially the subtle pink, and I adored how they were themed around different parts of the book and thought they reflected the story beautifully. I also appreciated the letters and additional material included. Would give it 10 stars if I could!
