About my 10ply hand-dyed yarn
My 10ply yarn is hand-dyed in small batches with care and intention. The superfine Australian merino base creates a soft, structured fabric that feels comforting to knit with and beautiful to wear. This yarn weight highlights texture, cables and simple stitches, making it a lovely choice for garments and accessories you will reach for again and again.
Each colourway is built up slowly in gentle layers, creating depth without harsh contrast. No two skeins are exactly the same, which adds to the quiet character of hand-dyed yarn.

Why knit with 10ply worsted weight yarn
Worsted weight yarn is a grounding, satisfying yarn to work with. The stitches are easy to see, the fabric grows at a steady pace, and the finished result feels substantial and comforting. It’s a wonderful choice for mindful knitting sessions, where the process is just as important as the finished piece.
If you enjoy knitting pieces that feel wearable, warm and deeply comforting, then 10ply yarn is a beautiful option.
Caring for your finished piece
To care for your hand knitted piece, I recommend gentle hand washing in cool water using a wool friendly wash. Gently squeeze out excess water and lay flat to dry. With a little care, your merino yarn will soften over time and continue to bring comfort for years to come.
